He combines technical rigour with forensic insight and a practical understanding of organisational change. He has led complex assurance assignments, shaped governance frameworks, and advised businesses through transformation across banking, manufacturing, technology, financial services, trading, real estate, professional services, and the non-profit sector.

Snehal is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in internal, forensic, and bank audits, compliance monitoring, and business process consulting across manufacturing, trading, and service industries. She works with SMEs, corporates, and financial institutions on financial reviews, process strengthening, risk assessment, controls, working capital, operational efficiency, SWOT analysis, MIS, and data analytics. She brings practical, hands-on support to businesses facing operational stress, liquidity challenges, and NPA-related issues.

Aditi contributes a focused combination of operational, people, and performance-management capability. Her work spans cost optimisation, inventory management for manufacturing businesses, payroll and employee administration, productivity assessment, and HR process improvement. With a strong analytical and organisational approach, she helps connect workforce practices and operating discipline with broader business-performance priorities.

Prajakta is a Post Graduate with Human Resource as her core subject. She has actively worked in setting up HR functions in corporates and overseeing recruitment processes for companies. She is also a foreign language expert, having qualified with the DELF B2 examination, and coaches in Spanish. She provides people-centred support for business transformation and change-management assignments.

Hrishikesh is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in direct and international taxation, cross-border regulation, trusts, financial consulting, and assurance. He has handled large-scale inventory verification and analysis assignments across India for domestic and multinational organisations, alongside statutory and internal audit exposure that includes listed entities. He also contributes to professional education through lectures and teaching in taxation.

Charudatta is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of post-qualification experience across assurance, consulting, finance, and business advisory. His work connects inventory and internal controls with management reporting, financial reporting, funding, and transformation priorities. He has worked with medium-sized consulting firms and multinational organisations, bringing a practical view of business processes, governance, risk, and decision support to management and boards.
